7th January

Well the OC and Sgt Mjr came down today, luckily I was on stag and missed them, apparently we all have to get haircuts! With what? stack of barbers out here, but they said to use the scissors from the medical kit’s, so we will all be walking around looking like we’ve just had a hair cut from Sweeny Todd! Well Waldo said they can fuck right off with that. Also the 5 lad’s came back from RnR and pretty much straight away went back on stag, welcome back guy’s. Still good though as now we do 3 on 10 off, this is how it should have been at the start of the tour, not 3 on 3 off how the fuck did we cope with that shit I have no idea?

The section from 2 platoon are leaving tomorrow, which suck’s we’ve had some good laugh’s and some good, contacts whilst they have been here, now I know they don’t want to leave as everywhere else they have been in their word’s, ‘Is Shit!’. They should stay here either way you look at it we get 5 lads back and lose 7, so we end up worse off again, wonder how long it’s going to be before we end up back on 3 on 3 off this shit will break all the toms here.
