Hiya everyone, how is it going?
What you been up to. Life just turned into a beast here. 8 people out of about the 16 people have gone on RNR.
We got 4 replacements from patrols to help man this place. So its death by stag lol. You would be amazed at what your body can do …. mine is now getting an hour sleep out of 3. So after pushing a patrol out you are pretty knackered.
But massive pluses this week HQ dropped off some meat and cans of pop so we had a BBQ which was amazing. We had lamb, chicken and fried fish. There is a river next to us so went fishing with grenades which was like something out of Vietnam lol.
We got some oil aswell and fried the chicken and made chips. I am a beast at cooking now lol. Just a shame I cant eat like that everyday lol.
Next stop is we are going to make an oven now we have mastered making bread. See what we can do with that, it’s funny like we are completely out of the normal life but can still remember everything we have at home and just bastardise it more, make ovens out of ammo tins and barbecues out of metal mesh. Anyway apart from that pretty hectic week will be for 3 weeks till everyones back.
But how is everyone, Jord sill alive? How was the family meal? George told me it was amazing, will try to ring in the week, just that the SAT phones fucked.
